Functional Fitness Medicine Ball Rotation
Hello my name is Carey Kepler and I’m a functional training coach. If you want to improve the quality of your life, improve your athletic ability or have a question about the following exercise you can contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. The following exercise is a rotation exercise it creates strength and endurance from the core. Which are very very important muscles, which are abdominal muscles and the back muscles to help create a strong body. This exercise is done with a med ball; you’re going to go into an athletic stance slightly bent knees. You’re going to hold the med ball out; you’re going to start with a medium weight med ball and increase in weight as you get stronger. You’re going to pivot and rotate in one direction pivoting and rotating completely around to the other as you get better on form you’re going to increase in speed. You’re going to go for about twenty to thirty repetitions increasing your speed it’s almost as if you’re tossing the ball from one hand to the other.
