And we're done. Ok we're going to lift this up and take the paddle down and off. Again I'm going to use my fingers. I want to get all of this stuff off the paddle. You could be really neat and use a spatula, but that's no fun. Then you don't get to lick your fingers, but I like to get every last little bit of this into the bowl. And of course this is what we save for the kids like me to lick. I may have some on my face, and I'm sorry. I'm a piggy. And you can see that it's a wet mixture. So we're now going to take this in thirds and spread it in to our pan. So with my spatula I'm going to come and layer a little bit around like this. A little on the side like this. A third of it. And you may be asking why I'm doing this in thirds. Well, I want to get my streusel sort of in between all of this, so I've got about a third of it down. What the heck, maybe I'll do half and half and go halfway through. Make it a little easier. Put this all the way around and come in with our streusel. That's going to go all the way around there. This is the good stuff. And we're putting in our final amount of batter. Make sure we've got it even all the way around, and I know it doesn't look like much now. Trust me, when it's done it's going to be gorgeous and delicious. Get the rest of the batter off and into this nice pan, being so cooperative waiting for this wonderful batter. I'm using the back of my spatula to sort of spread it around and get it even, because I've got the end layer of the streusel coming on. This is good stuff. The last of my streusel is going on the top. It's just that great walnut or pecan, if you like pecan, brown sugar and cinnamon. I've preheated my oven to 350 degrees. My cake is going to go in to my oven. Middle rack. And it's going to bake for between 50 and 60 minutes. So I'm going to set it at about 53 minutes and check it, and we'll see how it comes out.
