So now we want to start adding our eggs. And so that you can hear me, I'm going to turn this off for a minute. We need to add them one at a time, but you'll notice that I put them all in one bowl. It's easy to sort of add them one at a time. I don't like cracking them into the bowl, for fear that I'll get an egg shell in the bowl. And also, what if it's a rotten egg and I've already put it into my bowl. I've ruined the whole batter. So let's go. Come in real close and you'll see. One just dropped in. I've got it at medium speed. And I'm starting to see that mix in pretty good. The egg is incorporating. We'll drop my second egg in. There we go. And in goes my third egg. I'm going to stop it for just a second, because I want to take and scrape the sides of my bowl down. Because there are a lot of spots that aren't getting fully incorporated. Look at that gorgeous color. They're really beautiful eggs. They have a really nice yellow yolk. Okay. Back down. Lock it. Medium. And a half a teaspoon of vanilla. I use a vanilla paste. I love this stuff. It's got vanilla bean in it. I eyeball a half a teaspoon. That's about nice. It smells really good too. And we'll go just a little faster. Alright. And we're going to scrape the bowl down once again. There we go. That's beautiful. Perfect. If you've got little ones at home, this is the time that they'd like to be licking the spoon. But make them wait. There's more to come.
