Okay. We also need a cup and a half of sugar. So cause my mouth is a little, the mouth of my jar is a little small, I'm going to use a half cup measure and three of them will give me a cup and a half. So I've got one, two, three and my sugar's measured out. That's taken care of. I've got three eggs. Now here's the part that I really want you to think about. It's really important. My sour cream, my eggs and my butter are all at room temperature. It's very important to have these ingredients at room temperature because if they're cold, what will happen is when we go to mix things together, they're going to seize up and coagulate the flour. We don't want that to happen. So, first of all we're going to get a cup and a half of sour cream. Start out with one I have open here. And I've got my half cup measure. It's kind of messy, but it's okay. There's one half cup. There's a full cup. And I'm wondering if I can get another half cup out of here. Let's take a look. I may have to open another. Yeah not quite going to make it. I want to make sure I have enough sour cream. So I'm going to quickly just open this other container. And we've got three eggs. Make sure our bowl is nice and clean. Let me grab a new bowl. That's really important that your little bowls that contain everything are clean when you're using them. That they don't have another ingredient. It can ruin your whole recipe. Don't worry if the yolks crack. These are going to get put in kind of one at a time, but it really doesn't matter. There we go. Okay.
