Now we're going to talk about connecting a clasp and a hoof for your necklace. Here we have a completed necklace. Almost. The only thing left is to put this store bought clasp on here. What I've done is I've started to make a little loop right here, which I'm going to connect my hoop. This actually came with a jump ring already set. As we'll find out which jump rings, how you always want to separate them is like this. Never pull them apart kind of wide ways. That's not a good way. You'll actually deform the circle. You'll connect the 2 hoops like so, then you're going to use your pliers to reform the jump ring into a circle. If you need to, go ahead and flatten it out a little so you can make that connection. That's one sided completed. Now we're going to move to our other side, which I have not made a loop for. You'll see this bar has a hole already in it. We're going to take the wire, thread it through here, and you can either just twist it around or make a circle however you see fit. Just make sure that you cut the wire at the end so it doesn't bother the person that you're giving it to. Now you have your connection.
