Today we're going to talk about how to connect a pendant to an already made necklace. You're going to start with a small piece of wire. I cut a piece of wire that was an inch and a half thick. What we're going to make today is an S hook. That's how we're going to connect the necklace here with the pendant. You're going to start by taking the very end of this wire and making a small little circle. A small little circle, and then you're going to flatten that out with your wire. Not a whole lot, but just a little bit. Then you're going to grab it about 1/8 inch in and start to twist it into an S shape. We'll say a half of an S to start. I'm twisting and I'm guiding it with my fingers as well so I can really get that circular shape there almost like a hook. Now, you're going to start in the middle and you're going to complete the S going the opposite way. I'm going to the very bottom of my pliers here because that is the thickest part, so I can make a big circle shape. You can see I'm starting to have an S there, but I have a little too much wire, so I'm going to use my all in one pliers here to cut a little bit off the top. If you don't have all in one pliers, you would just use a separate pair of wire cutters. I'm going to make that same little circle that I made at the very beginning, curve that around, and flatten it. Now you'll see you have your S hook. All that's left to do is to hook one end on your necklace and the other end on your pendant, flatten it out, and there you have your S hook for your necklace.
