When you're getting ready to wind down your partner practice it's a really good thing to come into some lying poses to get some leg and hip stretches. So I'm going to help Willie stretch his hips through the wind release pose. Willie is going to inhale, laying on his back inhale, reach his arms over his head and stretch long as he stretches through his fingers, all the way down to the tips of his toes. Inhale one more time and as you exhale, draw your knee into your chest. Good. He's just going to give it a little hug and I'm going to move into position right where I can give Willie's foot right onto my hip bone. Good. And then I'm going to take my other knee forward and I'm going to position myself so that I can help Willie come into this stretch. We're going to inhale in, ask your partner to inhale, watch his breath and then as he exhales we're going to press forward. Leaning forward. Notice how I'm leaning my weight right into their, opening up, giving him a really great stretch. So we're going to inhale in and if he wants to come in do a little deeper, I'm going to press my hand right into his thigh. As he exhales, I'm going to come forward. So it's really important to move with your partner's breath. One more time. Inhale in and exhale, sink forward. You want to make sure you press your tail bone down. Good. And then releasing.
