Using Bhujangasana and Paschimottanasana or a child's pose and a forward bend, Gina and I are going to assist each other and coming into some different poses. For her she's going to get a really great lower back stretch. And for me, I'm going to be stretching my hamstrings with a forward bend. So Gina is going to come to her end of the mat and she's going to come into child's pose. She's just going to take a seat on her heels and relax down. It's a very relaxing pose. If this doesn't work for you, you can always widen your knees out and let your chest just fall down in between your knees. I'm going to come and I'm going to as gently as I can take a seat right on Gina's sacrum. Good. Is that okay Gina? Always checking with your partner and I'm going to think about pressing down this way so that I can lengthen her spine. I'm going to extend my legs forward, inhale, reach the arms up and then exhale, take a forward fold. Good. So I'm lengthening through my hamstrings at the same time giving Gina a nice back stretch.
