Vasisthasana is a really intense side arm balance. And one way to help yourself is to use a partner so that they can help to steady you or hopefully not to knock you over. Good. So we're just going to start by grounding. Reaching out through the crown of the head. Pressing your heels, balls of the feet right down into the earth. Inhaling in we're going to lengthen our arms up to the sky. Reaching up to the heaven's, opening your heart. As you exhale, lift right out of your hips and fold forward. Good. Hands come directly beside your feet letting your head just hang heavy. Good. Then we're going to find flat back extend so lengthen out through the crown of the head and find that long spine. And then we're going to step our feet way back to plank position. Good. Strong arms, shoulders over the wrists pressing through your heels and lengthening out through the crown of the head, so you have a long neck. You're going to shift your weight into your inside hand and turn on the outside of your foot. And then extend the arm up to the sky and press in to your partner's fingers. Releasing your hand down and coming back into your plank.
