Another great way to practice Uttanasana or forward fold with your partner is facing each other and then you come together and press our shoulder blades together and you can also do this on a wall but it is much more fun with a partner. So Gina and I are going to step back a little and face each other and lengthen up. We're going to let Gina go first because it makes it easier and we don't knock into each other and then she's going to exhale and come into her forward fold. I'm going to do the same thing and inhale, pressing my feet down to length and then exhale and fold forward and then I'm just going to keep walking forward until our shoulder blades touch and then giving just a little bit of pressure we're going to have to find that perfect spot so we don't knock each other over but also we are able to press into it and come into each other in a much deeper manner. Good. You're going to let your head hang with no tension in the neck. Good. Adjust your shoulder blades and then release this and walk back just a little bit so that I don't knock Gina over and then Gina's ready and we are going to come back up and then we are going to inhale and bring our hands up and then exhale and bring our hands to heart center.
