In this partner flow putting two poses together Gina and I are really going to be able to open up to our side bodies. We are going to stand back to back, good. We are going to find our long spines. We are going to inhale and reach our arms up over our heads and then exhale and open our arms only to shoulder height. Pressing into the palms, inhaling and dropping the front arm and lengthening from the heel all the way up through our fingertips, exhaling coming back up, inhaling, rotating and lengthening through the spine, exhale back to center moving to the other side. Inhale and reach the arm up, press into your foot and lengthening all the way to your fingertips. That feels really good. Exhale coming back down, inhaling and rotating to the side and pressing to the shoulders and exhale back to center. Inhale and reach the arms up, find the length in the spine to realign and then exhale back down to the Dasama, mountain pose.
