Safety Precautions for a Jack PlaneHi, this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip I would be talking about personal safety. First off you want to make sure that your have a improved pair of safety glasses and a improved pair would have somewhere written on it Z87. This means that it is going to protect your eyes against any objects that might get kicked up or fly into your eyes. Next you want to make sure that you are wearing somewhat tight fitting cloths. You would notice that my clothes are not very baggy. If you have baggy clothes on, it has the potential to get caught in the tool. If you have long hair, you would also want to tie that back or dangly jewelry you want to take that off just so it does not have the potential of getting caught into the tool. Lastly you want to be aware of where you are placing your hands because this is a cutting tool you could potentially cut yourself if you are not very careful.
