The next pose Gina and I are going to demonstrate is Janu Sirsasana or Head to Knee Pose. Again that's a really good stretch for your hamstring. We're going to face each other and we're going to extend the same leg, yeah, and bend the other knee so that the foot comes in to your inner thigh, good. Sitting nice and tall on both seats bones. Inhale lengthen up and as you exhale reach towards your partner's wrist. Inhale lengthen, exhale lower try to draw your body forward so that your nose doesn't round on your back round over your knee, but it lengthens out over your shin. Good. Inhale lift it up and exhale lower down, good. Now if you have somebody, a partner with particularly long legs and you can't reach, you going to always use your handy dandy strap. Good. And in the same manner, we going to inhale lengthen, exhale draw in by taking your elbows out to the side and then drawing your body forward, yeah, chest to knee, good, head to knee, and then release.
