Shoulder Stretch & Elbow Press in Partner Yoga

Gina and I are going to demonstrate a nice shoulder stretch so we're both going to come and just be seated on our heels. We're going to face each other and Gina is going to put her hands behind her head and she is going to press her elbows out wide. She is going to inhale and lengthen her spine. She is going to come forward and allow her elbows to rest in y hands. She is going to totally let go with her head and her neck and allow me to gently press her shoulders towards each other, is that okay? Do you want a little more? Be sure to talk to your partner to make sure you are not giving them too much pressure. So Gina is going to inhale up just to have a little release and then exhale and she is going to come right back down again. She is just going to relax into this and I'm going to do all the work. Notice how her shoulder blades are coming together behind but be sure not to give your partner too much, good. It is always good to communicate with your partner in partner yoga. Inhale in and come all the way back up, good and exhale and release the hands down and that's a great shoulder stretch.
