This next clip is a really fun pose that Gina is going to use to open her hip and I'm going to use to open my chest. We're going to come back to back and Gina is going to find the Baddha Konasana Bound Angle or the butterfly pose. She is going to press her feet together and press he knees away from each other. I'm going to come into fish pose and take my knees together right now until Gina completes her section. She is going to inhale and lengthen up and as she exhales she is going to come forward into her bound angle. As she lowers down I'm going to lengthen up and open out into my fish pose. So Gina is opening her hips and I'm opening my heart and improving my lung functioning. Now we can take hands and reach them up over the sky, over the head, it gives just a little tug, good. Reach long, feeling the breath and moving in opposition of your partner's body. Release taking care not to smash your partner so be sure to ask how far down your partner can go, good. Now you can do this in a seesaw where I would then go forward and Gina would then come down.
