Mixing Sour Cream & Cheese for Mushroom Fritters

Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. I'm just cutting my Herve cheese into little pieces and I'm going to add it to our food processor. Realize Herve cheese does not always have jalapeños or peppers in it I just opted to get this one cause I know it would give it a little spice. Which I like. This is a great again half time, a great half time little platter to put out for your Super Bowl party this year. So I'm going to add all of my cheese in there it is about a half a pound 8 ounces. I'm going to try to pulse this cheese just to try to chop it up just a little bit. I'm just going to pulse it a few times getting it started. We are going to add 8 ounces of sour cream to this now and this is going to be a nice nice dipping sauce for these fritters. We are also going to put a little salsa in this and a little salt and pepper.
