Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. To make these mushroom fritters we are going to need the following utensils, we are making a nice dipping sauce with the Herve cheese and I'm going to use my processor cause I have it. If not you can just shredded it up yourself and mix it with the sour cream and a little salt and pepper and that is your dip. I like to put it in here; it makes it really nice, creamy and smooth. I'm going to need a couple of bowls one for your egg mixture, one for your flour mixture. We are going to need some tongs when you are putting your mushroom fritters to take them out or even just a spatula that has some grooves to catch/to let the oil drip out. Maybe you are going to need a plate with some paper towels just to catch all the excess oil. We are going to need a good cutting knife. I keep telling everybody if you watch all of my videos I'm making a ton of them here on Expert Village and these knives probably paid for themselves 2 times over. They are so good I have not even sharpened them yet and they are still as sharp as I got them. A cutting board definitely get a cutting board. These silicon are great or just any type of cutting board is great and don't forget in the back we are going to need a deep dish or a wok type of frying pan to fry these up. Or a deep fryer if you have on. So that is basically it this is a great starter and another great starter meal coming at you it is mushroom fritters come back I'm going to show you how easy 15 minutes or less I'm going to have it on the table. ff
