Hi, this is Richard Buccola in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, today I'm going to show you how to make mushroom fritters. So for our mushroom fritters today we are going to need the following ingredients. Today we are going to need mushrooms; we are going to need about 12 ounces. I have about 16 ounces cause they had some criminies mushrooms left over. You basically need a nice button mushrooms or a stuffing mushroom is fine. I'm going to use a little bit of miss Texas onion or a scallion for a garnish later on. We are going to make our own sauce today, our own dipping sauce. I have this beautiful Herve cheese that I got from the Euro mart right across the street where they have the best cheeses in the world. It has little jalapeƱos in there and little peppers. It is a real nice spice and we are going to need some sour cream to make our sauce with that. A little salt of pepper of course, for taste. We are going to have I was in the Euro mart I picked up some jalapeƱos and some black and green olives just for garnish. I have a little salsa that I'm also going to use for a dipping sauce. What else do we need? We need a egg, some baking soda, some oil to fry everything up in and some flour. Look how easy this is. We are going to slice up our mushrooms, make a nice batter for them, throw them in the hot oil for a minute and when it comes out it is going to be magic time. Real fast and easy it takes about 15 minutes and you are done. So come back we are making mushroom fritters.
