Folding Base Into Place & Adding Origami Rose

Now for finishing our base. As you see right here we already folded and creased all 4 sides. Now what we are going to do we are just going to go ahead and fold the 2 side ones up and open this up a little bit. Fold this one up as well and fold this back one up. What we are going to have to do is this is not really going to stand so well by itself. So we are going to have to work it down kind of folding it flat as we go. As you can see we have all of these creases here that make this look a bit like rose leaves. Rose leaves. We are just going to kind of open this up just a wee bit here. There we go and just flatten this down and there is our base. We are going to take our rose you can see the bottom of it it has the hole on it. It is going to stay together like I done plenty of these and it never wants to stay together so use a little tape and take it and just slide it down over our base like so. There it is there is our rose on top of the base. You can just take it and what I usually do it put pipe cleaners through them and just run them all together and you have pretty roses to but in a bouquet.
