Creasing the Petal of the Base of Origami Rose

Now we are going to finish up on our base. As you look down here you can see that we have one petal sticking out like so when we folded the base from the last lesson. So what we are going to do is take our points and we are going to fold it down here like so. Just going to fold it in half keeping this edge level with the way it was to begin with. We would fold it back open and we are going to fold one half once again over here. I'm going to take my chopsticks and just kind of score that really good. So it would look good and creased. Now we are going to fold it over just a little bit more crease it a 3rd time. Then we would crease it one more time for the 4th time. Try to make these as even as possible not really exact. Now we are going to open it back up and you can see I have it creased all the way down like so. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to open this back up and push my leaf back in there. We would do the same thing on the other side.
