Ingredients for Stuffed Turkey

Hi, I'm Chef Donno, and on behalf of Expert Village, welcome to my kitchen. If you want to see more of my shows, either go to expertvillage.com and search "Chef Donno," or go to myspace.com/standupandgrill. You can see some of my other shows, and see what I'm up to. Today, what we're going to do is roast a turkey. Not the traditional way; what we're going to do is take the meat off the bone; we're going to stuff the breast and the dark meat, roll it up, bake it. This particular method only takes about an hour; hour and fifteen minutes. It's a lot of fun; it's a unique presentation. I think you're going to like it. Here are the ingredients for today; this will be for the stuffing. We have cranberries, onions, apples; celery, carrot, three eggs, black pepper, tomato paste, chicken base, dry basil, salt, butter, some flour, seasoned croutons, and a little bit of oil. Again this is for the stuffing. What we're going to do first is get our stuffing ready, and we'll set that aside. Then we'll get to work on the turkey.
