How to Serve an Omelets Variation

Our omelette is flipped. Now we're going to go straight from the heat, and set it up. What we're going to do with this one is to place the meat a little off center here. Then, we're going to go with just a little bit of our lettuce. If you're not a big fan of peppers and onions, you can saute` your onions off, and then add them already cooked. I will add sour cream, tomato, and some Monterey Jack. That looks good. What we're going to do is try to roll this, so what we're going to do is start here. Let me get a plate. With the help of gravity, we're going to try to roll the bottom on first, then the top over. It's rolled up, like so. We'll top it with sour cream, and we will go with more peppers, tomato, and our Monterey Jack. There we go, that looks very good. Like I said, you can use one egg, you can use two eggs. I prefer to use three. I'm a big eater, so that's how I do it. Here's our three variations. We have our roll, we have the open-face omelette, and we have your basic omelette. They're all seasoned with the "taco meat", sour cream, our vegetables. It's all very tasty; I'm sure you'll like it. Let's have a taste. Let's see what we have here. I'm going to go for the basic omelette. It looks very good. Very good, I can taste the garlic, the cumin. All the flavors come out, one after the other; along with the eggs and the sour cream. It's very refreshing.
