Okay. So now, we'll season up our meat. First, we'll start off with the ground cumin. I'm going to go with about two tablespoons. So loosen it up. Okay. We have about a half tablespoon in there. That will complete one. And that's about two. Black pepper, let's go with a teaspoon. That's a teaspoon. How about some garlic? Why not? Garlic, we'll go two tablespoons roughly. Just use whatever's convenient for your measuring devices. Okay. Salt, don't want to use too much salt. I'll go with one tablespoon. That's good. Now, we'll mix it all up. Then last, what we'll add is the tomato sauce. Excuse me. Okay. Then last, what we'll add is the tomato sauce. The tomato sauce keeps the meat nice and moist. It gives it a better texture. Okay. If you just serve it like this, it's taste like ground beef with tomatoes, onions, peppers, and cumin. So this is key. Tomato sauce, we're going to add about one cup, stir it up, see how we like the texture, the consistency. You just want enough in here just to bind it all together, okay? That's looking good. That's about one cup in there. Now, we'll taste it really quick and check for seasonings. When you?re batch-cooking like this, always taste. You adjust your seasonings before it's too late. So let's see how this came out. Cumin, garlic, pepper, salt. It's very good. I don't think I need to add anything. So now that this is done, we're going to take it off the fire, set it aside, and we'll start the work on the omelets.
