Ingredients for Cooking an Omelets

Hi. I'm Chef Donno and on behalf of Expert Village, welcome to my kitchen. Today we're going to do a pretty cool breakfast deal. We'll be making Spanish omelets. We're going to make three variations. Three different set ups. So whatever works for you, you can go with. This way you can be creative not only with the ingredients, but the color and balance which is all very important. So first of all, our ingredients. You'll need green onions, red onion, onion, bell peppers. I go with the green and yellow. Tomato, garlic, sour cream, tomato sauce, Monterrey Jack. Roughly one pound of ground beef. Just depends on how much filling you want to make. We have cumin, butter, salt, black pepper, eggs of course for the omelet, lettuce and fresh cilantro. For our flipping demo, you will need a piece of bread. So I will teach you how to actually flip the omelet. You'll impress everyone at breakfast. They'll love it.
