Hi this is Jared on behalf of Expert Village, and in this section I want to talk to you about winning Strategies, and the first part of that, that you can do is drills, and so with drills that's all different kinds, and the first kind I want to show you is called a figure eight and in this one, you're going to have players on both sides and they're basically going to hit the ball in a figure eight motion, so one player is going to be hitting cross court and the other straight, and in this drill you get to work on placing the ball on different sides of the table. Another drill you could do is called count to a hundred and in reality it could be a hundred, fifty, or twenty depending on your level of play. What you want to do is stand with your opponent and hit back and forth with just a hit or the drive and count each time each person hits the ball and see if ya'll could make it up to twenty, fifty or a hundred, and with this drill you can work on your consistency, and also with drills, you can make up your own drills and that's the best part. If you need to work on your looping under spend, do a under spin serve have them chop and then you loop. You can do that drill over and over and over, or if you want to work on your under spin just do a drill where your count and you under spin back and forth. There are tons and tons and tons of different kinds of drills you can do, so that's the best part.
