More on Adding Lining to Bikini Bottoms

JENNIFER CROW: Hi. This is Jennifer and I'm the owner of WedgieWear.com, and we're here with Expert Village. And also, this could be done before you--after you sew on the elastic, it can be sewn on. And then as you're stitching up this part, as you fold it over, you can put your lining into there. And then--so there you have your lining on one side and continue on the other side. Again, now you kinda know how much excess fabric that you do have. And this is kind of a good way to measure it is when you turn it over you can kinda see that you don't really have a whole lot out here but you have in the middle. So what we could do is just kinda cut that out before we turn it over, and that just makes it a little bit easier for you. Now you've folded it over. This part is very important. You want to kinda pull here to make sure that you're not going to leave a whole lot of gaps. So right there, it looks good. Now on this side, it's always a good idea to pin, so you can work from your other side as well. Okay. And now, the lining is all there.
