How to Serve Eggs Florentine

O'kay now it looks as if everything is about ready. Our eggs are looking good they are done at about medium. Our sauce is very tasty and looks good. Our breakfast potatoes are ready. Let's plate this up. We have our toasted English muffin, our seared tomatoes. Let's put the potatoes on the plate. Very nice. Whoops that happens sometimes. I guess if I used a regular spoon I could get this in one scoop but I will go this route. There are our potatoes, now we need our eggs. There we go. Looking good. Look at those perfect eggs, very nice. There is one, whoops almost lost one, two, and move that. Now let's set the plate down and we can sauce the eggs. You just need a little bit of sauce right down the center there. Oh yea, that's looking good. Oh baby. Nice. Alright so there you have it, our poached Eggs Florentine. English muffin, seared tomatoes, poached eggs, the Florentine sauce which is garlic, cream, spinach, a little bit of salt, a little bit of pepper along with our breakfast potatoes and the infamous Eggs Benedict, English muffin, Canadian bacon, hollandaise sauce over the poached eggs, with our breakfast potatoes. Now the fun part, time to have a taste.
