Functional Fitness Woodchop Exercise
Hello my name is Carey Kepler and I’m a functional training coach. This is a wood chop, you’re going to take a medicine ball, you can start with a light medicine ball until you can do the exercise properly and you can increase in weight. You’re going to just as you would, as it’s called a wood chop, you’re going to start with the medicine ball above your head, legs shoulder width apart, and you’re going to throw the med ball down as if you’re going to throw it to the ground and then you’re going to stop, as if you would if you were chopping wood, and return to the position. This is a body mass change so that you’re using the whole body in this exercise.
