How to Cook English Muffins for Eggs Benedict
O'kay so let's check everything before we get the English muffins going. The potatoes are going along nicely, they are browning on the bottom so when you are using the spoon, don't stir too much. You don't want mashed potatoes. Okay very nice, spread them out evenly. Now we are going to get our English muffin and our Canadian bacon going. We are going to add a little bit of butter to the pan and let this heat up. Okay and our English muffin, just break it in half, squeeze it like this. You don't need a knife and English muffins are made to break apart just like that. I am going to put the muffins face down on the butter and put my Canadian bacon next to the English muffin. We will go with two and we are going to let our muffins brown and then add a little more butter to the potatoes. It's almost time to drop the eggs.
