How to Find Vegan Condiments

WHITNEY TESLER: Hi, my name is Whitney Tesler on behalf of Expert Village, talking to you about how to become vegan. We're going over a list of essential ingredients. Seitan, some people like to call it seitan, is really tasty also. It's wheat gluten, made from wheat obviously. It's great for stir fries. It's used mainly as a steak replacement. It looks like it and it tastes sort of chilly like steak would. Soy yogurts, we already went over. Dark and semisweet chocolate, you have to read labels again. You can find it in bulk and some of the Baker's Chocolates that are already packaged are vegan as well. So, you really just need to know your ingredients. But they can be really tasty. You can use those in deserts as well. Nut butters, I went over it before. Almond, peanut, cashew. There are so many different flavors, they're all really good. It's just a matter of personal preference. Condiments, it's always good to have in hand catsup, mustard, soy sauce, liquid aminos. Bragg's, B-R-A-G-G-S liquid aminos is really good to have on hand. It's similar to soy sauce but it has all your liquid amino acids in it so it's very, very good for you.
