WHITNEY TESLER: Hi. My name is Whitney Tesler on behalf of Expert Village, and we're raiding my pantry to find out what vegans eat. First off, Fantastic brand, it lives out up to its name; it's fantastic. I eat all the time. All these boxes are open. One of my favorites is Nature's Burger and all you do is mix a little bit of water. It's a dehydrated seasoning pack. Mix a little bit of warm water with it, let it sit for a while, make a patty, fry it up, super good. You can add veggies to your burgers, so it's really healthy. Falafel is also one of my favorites. You just buy some pita. Whole wheat pita is really good. Add, again, lettuce, tomatoes, and you just add water to this, too, and fry it up. Taco filling, another good thing to have. I love tacos and it basically just tastes like a ground-up red meat which I was never really that into to begin with, but this is really healthy; someone encouraged me to eat it, and I love Fantastic brand, so I thought I'd try it and it's really good. I recommend it. And same thing, you just add water and cook it up. Super good. Also, some of my favorite things to have on hand are crunchy almond butter and just a can of almonds or you can buy it in bulk too. They're just really good snack foods to have around. The almond butter, you can make sandwiches. I love almond butter in banana on whole wheat. But butters come in all different types of flavors. You can get cashew butter, macadamia butter or you got your old peanut butter but I prefer the more expensive stuff, and almonds are really good. They're high in protein, low in fat, and they're just really good to keep your energy up, so I always keep a little bit in my purse. So, they're really good to have around.
