How to Do Cramp Rolls in Tap Dancing

Hi, this is Sarah McLellan in New York City here at June Parody's Dance Studio. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you today some basic and beginning tap moves. Come on in! So contour to its name this next step is not really about any sort of pain. It is the cramp roll and it is made up of the ball change and the heel change. It is kind of done quickly and when you start to do it a little bit more quickly, it can sound really really cool. Cause the sound compact and it sounds like something a lot more intricate then what it is really is. So let's find out how to do the cramp roll. So this is the cramp roll as I said before with the ball change and the heel change all I'm doing is bringing them together to go ball change, heel change. 4 sounds 1,2,3,4. Then we are going to go a little bit faster and kind of jump into your ball change. 1,2,3,4 so right left right left. That is the cramp roll and one more time. That is the cramp roll.
