Standing Locomotion Functional Exercise

The first exercise is standing locomotion exercise, it increases the heart rate and it is a closed chain muscular action so it warms up the body and the muscles during one leg and a singe leg at a time. This is just a skip to get the muscles warm – going for about sixty to a hundred and twenty seconds.
