Forming Clay Base of a Bust

JORGE BENLLOCH: First, we have to decide the size of the figure that we are going to do. Then, put this maybe the size is going to be a little bit bigger than that then we cut this. This is fantastic tool. Then, with this, we just make like a chunk. Because we are not going to fire this, we don't need to empty. If we have to fire in the kiln, we cannot leave it like that because it is going to break or explode because already when I do that, there are some air bubbles inside and then this is going to be bad for the kiln. But in that kind of figure that I'm going to do now, that is going to be self drying and self supporting without the armature, this armature only supports the construction now, that's fine. That's whatever we need, okay? And I'm going to put in there. I like it better like that. And then from there, I'm going to see what we have to do.
