How to Test the Sounds on a Circuit Board with Alligator Clips

AMANDA CLAIRE: So when you're doing this, exploring the circuit board, you have one clip just connected to any point that you want to test. You go around and you--you go around and you touch other contacts with the other clip. You'll find the different contacts have effects while you're experimenting with it so just for example. So you know, you see, as you kind of are connecting different points in the circuit board that aren't normally connected, interesting sounds start coming out and so what you want to do is either make a mental note of it or write it down or you can actually use a Sharpie marker to mark little parts on the circuit board if you need to do that where--when you connect those points you make really interesting sounds. So it's really kind of an exploratory process so I'm going to sit here for a little while and just kind of--kinda connect the dots sort of randomly until I find some bends that are interesting. I'm going to be doing it with my alligator clips here. And then when I find some, then we'll come back and we'll maybe install some of those bends permanently.
