How to Trace a Henna Design for a Door Hanger

So now I'm going to take my basic door hanging and I decided that I wanted to do a very traditional hand design. So I traced my hand onto the door hanger. I'm going to explore some of the options that I have for making a original hand design. I have a book that has some of the traditional Indian designs and these are usually wedding adornments. They are very detailed. I'm not sure that I want something quiet so detailed for this. So I think I'm going to go into the Arabic style designs which are a little bit more floral and softer and flowing. Here is a good example of some of the Arabic style design. What I"m going to do is adapt this style to my door hanger. I have drawn it on with pencil.
