On behalf of Expert Village I'm Safi Thomas from the hip hop dance conservatory, here in New York City. We are here to bring you freestyle techniques in hip hop dance. Now what we are going to get into here right now is cypher dos and don'ts. Now again just in case you are not clear of terminology, cypher is when you have a whole group of people who are around and it is like one burst in a jump of a circle. They do their thing and come out of the circle someone else jumps in. So there are some cypher do's and don'ts when you are in the middle and people start to crowding around you and looking at you there is something you don't want to do. The first thing you don't want to do is look at the floor. Like you see some people freestyle; they are looking at the floor, you don't want to look at the floor. You want to look straight at people and let them know that you are talking to them alright. So let's watch freestyles dos and don't. First of all pay attention to the audience. Next thing you want to interact with the people around you. Use them as props. That is freestyle on cypher do's and don'ts.
