Inverted Rows for Triathlon Training

Hi my name is Carey Kepler, I’m a functional training coach. I coach triathletes and do triathlons myself. If you would like to improve your sports performance, improve the quality of your life or have questions about the following exercise please contact me at http://www.boundless-energy.com. This is an inverted row, it strengthens the scapular retractor muscles and through the shoulder brings back strength. This is also going to help your swimming so that you can have stronger shoulder girdle and back muscles. This should be performed from six to ten repetitions. It’s a difficult exercise – you want to try and get the chest up to the bar and you want to have the bar at chest height.
