Bending the Hand Rail to Build a Spiral Staircase

Hi! This is Weldon Moon on behalf of Expertvillage.com building a spiral staircase. The next step that we are going to do at this point is we are going to roll the top rail for the top of the spiral. I have chosen the ½ channel to do this. It works quite well, it is flexible and helps to end the roll on the spiral. We have roller here that we used to run through to roll it. It is probably the trickiest part in some ways the whole spirals to get this part right. I have got some numbers here that I will use and put into it and into the machine to give me the desired radius for the material I am using and hopefully we will get it right. So, we will go ahead and do that.
