Getting the Right Thickness for Gingerbread Man

Hi I'm Katalin the creator of Creative English in Hungary and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make gingerbread man for Christmas. And you can turn it upside down, take off a little bit of the flour, we don't need that much. Ok and you continue flattening it. You actually can try doing this, cause it's not hard and it matter actually what kind of shape you are making. So let them do it a bit, maybe you can recommend to roll it the middle rather than on the side. Just like this and make it a little bit bigger like that. Try to do it in all directions. Be careful with your fingers because if you put your fingers underneath then you can actually, you can break your fingers, you can also leave some marks on the pastry so always keep your hands quite flat. And actually you need to press it with this part of your palm. Ok you don't need very, very thin pastry, so let's finish this now. Let's have a look. It's a bit thick here so I can press it a little bit more. Ok not too thick, not too thin so just right ok.
