Using a Fork to Mix Dough to Make Gingerbread Man

Hi I'm Katalin the creator of Creative English in Hungary and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to make gingerbread man for Christmas. So after having your butter liquidized you pour it into the middle again just like that. So we have a huge crater, isn't that lovely, good. And then comes the fun part of it. You start mixing it all together. First it's better to put the dry bits from the sides and then you can go down deep for a bit. And then try to mix it all together very gently. You can do it with your hands as well. I prefer doing it with my hands a bit later on so first with a fork and then with my hands.
