How to Replace Wiper Blades

Im Jake Burt from Burt Brother Tires, and on behalf of expertvillage.com I'm going to show you about wiper blades and when its time to replace them. First of all, most cars you can lift the wiper arm and you can inspect the blades. This particular one right here is torn. It'll be definitely time to replace. Fairly simple, you move it around, there?s a little clip on the inside, OK, slides around here and the wiper blade is easily able to be removed. You want to be careful not to let this slam down on the window and crack it, cause it is spring loaded here, get the new wiper blade replacement and it pops on just as easy as I removed this other one, but as your wipers get torn and frayed or when you're driving it and you can see you're having some problems, its definitely time to replace them. Depending on the climate you live in, you might change them one or two times a year. If you don't get a lot of weather where you live, you probably wont change them as often, but this wiper blade is definitely time to be replaced, and I would strongly suggest it.
