Alright the next turn we're going to do is called the inside turn. First thing I'm going to do id show the ladies footwork. We're going to be doing one and a half turns, so we're going to end up facing the opposite way then the way that we started. I'll show you first and then we will break it down. So it's going to look like this. Back, rock, together, wind up, turn, turn, turn, basic, two, three, five, six, seven, I'll do it back the other way. One , two. three, wind up, turn, turn, turn, basic, two, three, five , six, seven. Alright, basically there are three parts to this. The first part you already know, it's the back half of your basic step. So we're going to go, back rock, one, two, three. Now on the pause we want to wind up slightly to the right. Anytime we turn we have to wind up the other direction first to get our momentum going. So we're going to turn to the left and we're going to wind up to the right. So, of course we have our arms at home base, after our back rock, we're going to wind up the upper body slightly to the right, now we're not moving our feet anywhere. So this is our pause, so we are not taking it any steps. Back, rock, together, wind up the upper body. For part two we're going to take three steps, traveling forward in a straight line, turning to the left. So it looks like this, we step left, right, left and we end up still facing forward. That was five, six, seven. Now part three we are going to go back to our basic step but we need to be facing the opposite direction, so we need to turn another half turn on our pause, which is eight. So this was seven, We're going to go eight, basic two, three, five, six, seven. One more time slowly. We have part one, back, rock, together, wind up, part two we turn, left, right, left, part three is back to basic, one, two, three, five, six, seven. One more time up to speed. We have back, rock, together, wind up, turn left, right, left, and back two, three, five, six, seven. One more tip when we taught it, we did it in three parts, but we don't want it to be jerky, we want to smooth it out. So make sure that you go, one, two, three, coming out of the turn, slow it down and one, two, three, five, six, seven.
