Using Small Rollers With African American Hair
Hi! This is Liz Muller from Liz’s Hair Design in Hollywood, Florida. I am going to proceed to show you now how to roll this with small rollers on the hair for a nice curlier look. Placing the roller straight down like this and I am going to show you. I am going to take a section of the hair, a section of piece off and we are going to take a thin section of the hair because I want small curls on her hair. Okay, giving a side look right here like this and I am going to place the roller on, do not be upset if a piece falls off. Continue to roll like this, really small piece. Okay, if you want you can go ahead and put that piece back in like that by rolling it in. Some people use end papers when they roll this and that is fine, I do not, but you can use an end paper because that kind of makes the hair really nice and smooth on the ends. And I am going to place my pin in like that. See how I am actually taking the hair like this and I am dividing it in small sections of the hair and again I am going to place the next roller right next to the other one giving it a nice, smooth and curly look.
