How to Get Help from Your NHRA Division Director

Hi, I'm Tina Stull and I drive the Top Dragster for Interstate Batteries. On behalf of Expert Village I'm here to walk you through the process of filling out the forms so that you can compete in the NHRA. When you get those, you'll fill out from your time slip, you know, the information off of that. You need to include your original time slip with the application. If you miss or don't do anything on the application it will get returned to you and won't get processed. So you really need to make sure you fill in everything you possibly can. If it's last minute, sometimes you can go to the Division Director and have him sign it at the track. As long as all the information is complete you can do it at an event but if you have the time it's much better just to go ahead and send it directly to division director. Now if you don't know what division you are in, you can go on to NHRA and it's on there. You'll look for your division and it will give you which states belong in to which division. Personally for me, I drive in Division 4, which is central, like Texas, Oklahoma, and in that part of the area. So you end up by having a relationship with your Division Director because he's the one who's going to take care of you and help you walk through everything and they are pretty good about that.
