Physical Forms for NHRA Racing

Hi, I'm Tina Stull and I drive the Top Dragster for Interstate Batteries. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to help you walk through the process of filling out the form to compete in the NHRA. Once you've done that, there is also a physical form and this is the physical form and this is going to be something you are going to fill out and it's basically straight forward as well. It just asks you who you are and all that. The doctor will fill in the rest. You do need to make sure that it is a physician and not a physician's assistant or a nurse that signs it. It actually needs to be the doctor and they'll just sign off and say that you have health, that you are in good enough health to race and there are, don't be afraid if you have some conditions or whatever. They just want to know up front in that because they just want to make sure that you're in good health and there are not a lot of limitations, because I know a lot of guys who are prosthetic and so forth, and they can race. It's really not something you should be concerned about, they just want to make sure that you're ready to race.
