How to Use a Band Back Line
DENIS DOWNING: On behalf of Expert Village, this is Denis Downing at Roxy Studios, New York City and today, I'm going to show you how to set up some band equipment. This right here is a studio backline. Here at Roxy Studios, if you notice, we have a diverse amount of amplifiers here; everything from Marshall to Fenders, Soldano, Mesa Boogie, Roland Jazz Chorus, Peavey. The reason for the diversity is our job is to make sure that no musicians have to bring anything that they don't want to bring. It's nice to get in here and plug in and play and have a good time. Our drum kits are all top of the line here. Here, you see we have a DW. We have, again, a diverse selection of drum kits throughout the studio. Our bass rigs are all top of the line; good selection of bass heads. And this back line here, right, is pretty extensive.
