Break Dance Top Rock Crossover Steps

Hello, ladies and gentlemen I'm Jon Coker better known as flo motion representing InMotion and Entertainment. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you the basics on breaking. So what we're going to do today is we're going to work on top rock. This is your basic grooving just to get ready for your foot work when you break it down on the floor. Then we're going to work on foot work that is your six step and then of course you have to do your CCs and your pose. So here we go, we're going to start with some top rock. There are two different ones I'm going to show you today. First one we're just going to cross over, I just want you to practice, this is the basic crossover. You're stepping across like this and bring it back so you're just going to step across then bring it back, watch (breakdancing)across bring it back. Same thing now I want you to do with your left foot across so you're just going to cross and bring it back, cross bring it back. Now I want you to alternate legs, ready. (dancing)
