On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Laura Banford and I'm going to show you how to make shrimp egg rolls and with sesame noodles. Now I'm going to show you the ingredients that you'll need to make the delicious sesame noodles. We have some Asian noodles. These are not egg noodles, but you can use egg noodles if you want. These are made from wheat flour, barley flour, salt, and water. Very, very basic. Then we have the base for our sauce, unsalted peanut butter, sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic. We're going to top the whole dish with some scallions and some jalapeños. We're also going to use some mirin for some sweetness, fresh lime juice for some acid, cracked red pepper for some heat, and a little bit of water to thin out the sauce so that it'll coat the noodles. When we come back, we're going to make our sauce for our sesame noodles.
