Tips for Building a Custom PC

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I’m here on behalf of expertvillage.com. Please visit our web site at www.clickincomputer.com. So what we’re going to do now is move our cables out of the way, because we don’t want them to get in any fans. Some people like to neat things up with cable ties, that’s a real big pain whenever it comes time to take it apart to get all those cable ties out. So what I would like to do is just stuff things into the drive bay and again out of the way of the fan. The final thing we do after we have everything plugged up and ready to go is put the side on the case. This particular case has a small fan tunnel, you can pull it out a little bit, so that it fits over the CPU fan a little better, you simply push it down, make sure all the latches are lined up. You slide it forward, make sure it’s fully slipped forward, this particular case came with some screws, which are a lot easier to work with. The last thing that you will want to do before you plug in your computer is to flip the switch from 0-1, 1 meaning on. Otherwise your power supply won’t power up.
